How long will shipping take?
IMPORTANT COVID-19 Update – during this time your order may take between 4 and 6 weeks for deliver, please refer our Shipping Policy for details.
PRE – COVID -19 Generally between 5 to 12 business days anywhere in world. Your package will be sent via International EMS (Express Mail Service). The benefit of EMS is that you will receive a tracking number and a link to their website, so you can track your parcel every step of the way.
Your generic erectile dysfunction medications are being imported from India, interestingly the world’s leading generic Viagra and generic Cialis manufacturers. On receipt of payment a Payment Receipt will be issued.
All Registered Mail requires a signature due to the nature and value of your order. If you are not home the Courier will leave a card, that will alert you to what local Post Office to collect your item.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, absolutely! If it does fail to arrive quickly please check your junk or spam before worrying.
What if my item doesn’t arrive?
Our customer will receive a tracking number this is sent by email once an order is despatched from India. By clicking or copy pasting the link you will be able to see your order’s progress.
All orders must be signed for. If no one is home at your delivery address when the postie arrives, your parcel will be taken to your local post office where it will await collection for 14 days.
On the odd occasion and reasons beyond our control, orders can go astray. If, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, simply Contact us and we will assist with locating it for you. Any undelivered orders will be resupplied free of charge.
Will Customs intervene my importation?
Generally no. We have a statement from Customs reporting that they aren’t interested in Erectile Dysfunction medications by post in amounts up to a 3 month supply in one shipment – 90 pills (and you can import 15 months worth in any 12 month period).
